The customer service for this company is terrible. I contracted with them to remove a tree. They cut the tree down and left the trunk cut in 4 very large pieces on my front lawn. When I called to complain they assured me the trunk would be removed on the same day. When I returned from work the tree was still there. When I called the company back, I was told they were gone for the day. No offer to resolve the problem. The reception just put the line on hold and left it there. So much for customer service. I am a repeat customer and I have referred friends and neighbors to this company in this past. Never again.
