I've been going to Chi Wah practically since I moved to Rochester in 2008 and I've never been disappointed. In fact, I look forward to going every month -- not just for a great haircut, but because everyone there is awesome (especially Erica!). They make you feel welcome and are always a good conversation. The fact that they use Aveda products is a bonus.
I would highly recommend Chi Wah Organica to everyone!
