Went there yesterday to see if a piece of furniture was still there that I admired several weeks back. It was, so I inquired about the lay-away rules. I explained to the man behind the desk that my contractor might not finish in time to get it out of lay-away and could they keep it a few extra days. The man said, he needed to check with his mother and wife who were sitting near by. The older lady was not sympathetic and replied you can go ahead and take it now as it is easy to take apart and move. I explained that I did not want to take that chance since the workers might not be careful. The daughter (wife) spoke up and said ""well you can come back when you need it and if it is not there well oh well."" She was also busy playing with her child and did not even make eye contact. Overall the man obviously is not in charge and can't make decisions and the women are rude and totally disinterested in meeting their customer's needs. Not going back!
