Finally finished the basement 6 weeks late. Had to micromanage daily activities after several days of no one on the job. Owner comes by to collect checks, he doesn't know where his people are, IF they do show they don't always know what to do, and no one seems to look at the quality of a finish. Not recommended!! Price was fair, finally finished to an acceptable level, but I had to put in a lot more work than expected.
