We had a very complicated roofing issue. We had a flat, membrane roof on our rental property in Florida. We had one roofer out there to look at it, and he didn't want to touch it because he had no experience with that type of roof.
Jim from West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. came out, and had obviously worked with roofs of that nature before. He was able to start the job quickly which was very convenient for us. He got it finished within his time frame. It was a win win for us. I have seen the finished results personally, but I've seen pictures and talked to the person managing the property, and Jim did a very good job for us.
