There was a time when work was done reliabley the first time. Yep they are a busy place caterring to commercial firms. I will find a new repair shop. I paid $150.00 to rebuild carbs and tune up......but they seemed to have forgotten to clean out gas tank DURING that repair cause it only ran once. I saw all the junk floating around when i got it home the first time and put gas in it to mow- ran ok but only once. ALL my gas is treated with Stabil and fresh and clean. BUT I need my mower too and paid another $63.00 they charged to THIS TIME CLEAN OUT THE Gas TANK like should have been done the first time. No i have learned. Find a new repair shop. One where the BOSS IS on sight and always there making sure work is done right the first time. And tired of being on HOLD all the time to never be picked up again.
