You never think an accident will happen to you, but of course this has to happen during the winter time, totally bad luck. Valet made my experience that much less awful. I needed transportation to still get around and my car was going to be in the shop for a week. Matt from Valet organized a rental car for me and worked with my insurance company to make this an easy process. He kept me in the loop the entire time during the process. Any work I have in the future on my cars; whether its an accident, or minor repairs and paint I will be right back here. Thanks Guys!
