As a previous employee, I should warn you that hiring these people is like rolling the dice. It's hard for me to even explain some of the problems with this place. I'll just say that, customer service isn't as high a priority as I would have expected considering the customers pay their bills! After working with them, I wouldn't hire them to unplug my toilet!
