We were completely satisfied. Our cold air returns were recently painted and they were removed and replaced without a scratch or a chip. Our walls were protected from the vacuum hose by very nifty devices. The technician worked very hard. The before and after pictures of the ducts were very telling of how much this service was need and what a great job they did. Highly recommended!
