Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with.
We took my wife's wedding dress to this cleaner to be cleaned so she could wear it again for the reception (ceremony was a couple weeks before). It was slightly dirty on the bottom when we took it there and when it was returned it was utterly ruined. She just threw the silk dress in a washing machine. It was shrunken drastically and stained red in many spots that it was pure white before. The silk was utterly destroyed and there was no way it would fit my wife. Obviously mistakes are always possible but Roberta refused to compensate even a penny's and actually had the gall to scream in my wife's face when she refused to pay for the 'cleaning'.
Just wanted to warn others before they potentially end up in the same situation and have a very sentimentally valuable (or any other for that matter) piece of clothing destroyed.
