After having to wait over 3 months to receive my crib attachment that I had already paid for upfront, they call me to come pick it up. I arrived at their store only to find that it was lost and given away to another customer by accident because somebody didn't check the tags properly. Really? Then, they spent over a week giving me a number of excuses about it. Long story short, they finally got it to me but the whole experience left me thinking what bad regard they have for their service. Sad, because I was hoping they were better than some of the other horrible baby stores out there. You are better off buying your furniture at Babies R Us or other mass merchandisers.
