The file was handled by Robert He was referred by my co-worker and want to say it was the best experience. The best way to talk about the service would be talking about few occasions while working with him. - During the 1st interaction; he understood the exact need from us so could focus on that. In our case it was bring the monthly installment down below using 30 year fix rate. - When he found out that our appraisal value came low - he tried to work on alternatives/rebuttal/etc; though he could not find ! But did genuinely tried to help. - Went beyond his promise on rates; not sure how; but was very helpful. - Answered our calls also while he was on family vacations. Though can feel was keeping a balance between family and business; by returning calls/emails late night etc. - During signing documents since we had few questions; went out of the way and did conf. calls to make us understand the contents. Also not rushing sign-up for personal interest. - It was amazing to see how the long distance did not matter ! Personally have always did loans locally and in person.But the communication was awesome. He had build a very trusting relationship during our first transaction. Would like to have him work with our friends or family for home loan needs.
