I have been using this car wash for years and decided to wash my 2 week old new car here today. The car was malfunctioned and severely damaged my car. The attendant even said it was a malfunction. When I contacted the owner he not only was unapologetic, he actually accused us of not knowing how to use the car wash and that the damage was our fault.
