My insurance company made an appointment for me many days in advance. New Elegante Car Service called me three, separate times in the preceding five days. The first time to confirm the wrong day. The next two times to tell me that they were confused. During each call I would slowly say ""Sunday, April 22 at 7:30 PM."" On the third call, I repeatedly asked them if they understood everything and they assured me that they did. I was going to an expensive overnight hospital study which took months to schedule. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I WAITED FOR 1? HOURS IN THE RAIN. THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED. I TRIED CALLING THEM OVER AND OVER AND NO ONE WAS WORKING THERE THAT NIGHT TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I AM VERY ANGRY AND WOULD NEVER EVEN THINK OF CALLING THEM AGAIN. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT CAR SERVICE.
