The entire business is shady and once you are in that like to threaten you with things about signing a contract, how much money they spent to get the apartment ready for you to move in. The entire staff will sell you a dream about how it's all about you and how everything will be brand new! My 3yr old daughter and I have been in turmoil for the last two weeks..to make a long story short. I moved in April 1st and moved out April 14th. Their trick is to show you a model apartment that looks decent, get you sign a lease, pay your money;then, put you in a totally different aparment that needs alot of repairs. I was told the fridge was brand new, but i had to deep clean it due to being smelly and four days later freon needed to be added!! Things that make you go hmmm... When I presented them with their Move IN/OUT sheet. Management took one look at and offered me a refund. This let me know that they had no intention on fixing anything nor did they want to keep my business. I paid a depost and 3 months of rent upfront totaling over $1900.00, and was charged over $1000.00 to buy out my lease after 14days. To my surprise this is not what we had spoke about, but that's how it looks on paper. My advice to future renters this is one property to avoid at all cost, don't believe the hype!! more
