I have attempted to shop at the cosmetic counters at Century 21 only to be ignored while the staff talk and apply their own make-up. Again today I went in, only because time was limited heading for a business trip. Once again they were all standing around talking. There was only one woman, Susan, who helped me and appeared to be working. She was quite lovely and the only reason I would return.
