My experience with Pete from Pool Hand Luke was perfect. My pool heater died and I needed to replace it. I wanted to buy all my own equipment online, and have a professional install it. Several companies would not even install it if they were not able to purchase the equipment for me and mark up the price by over $1000. I called at least 8 other pool service/repair companies in the Frisco area, and Pete had no problem installing the equipment I bought. Some other companies did quote me an ""install only"" price, but Pete beat all their prices by several hundred dollars! He was very informative in helping me pick out the best products to put in as well. He did a great job on the installation and even re-plumbed something that was poorly done by the pool company. I was in a big time crunch since some family was coming in for Easter and I wanted to have the pool heated and Pete was there to help me out.
