My husband called before we went and was told to come on in; no appointment needed. I arrived approximately 4:30p. Felix wrote me up for a oil change on a 2008 Nissan Rogue, in which he stated it would be 30 minutes.I sat inside for 40 minutes; After waiting 2 hours and seeing them do their friends I left. That was ridiculous. My time is worth something too. I don't know if my vehicle was too difficult to work on or what; but you don't have to worry about me going there again. more
