my only complaint was that while rescheduling my appt it was hard to get in within the 4 week time period needed for my process to work. I don't know if there just aren't enough people there, or not enough technicians doing the procedure. I'm lucky to have a very flexible work schedule and was able to be accommodated. But with having my travel time be an hour, my old job, this would've never worked. Other than that, everyone was wonderful.
