if i could give a negative star i would give them -5... we were parked in front of the AT&T store bought something inside went to lunch came back the car was gone(towed). the signs clearly state for customer parking only. Last i checked if i buy something i am a customer right. well according to ""the rules"" you have 15-30mins after you leave your car to come back to it, it took us less than 10 mins to grab chipotle across the street and come back. seriously i have all my receipt with times and dates all within 10 mins of each other. Management didnt even care or even want to see them . there were several other cars parked (in the same parking lot) and theres no way all of them were in AT&T cause it was empty, but they were lexus that pulled up the same time we did and went straight acroos the street to chipotle he was not towed, i drive a 04 civic. i guess that wasnt new enough for them lol. but seriously its not funny it costs $218 to get the car back, and when i asked Managment why my car not the others, what is it selective towing around here? he said and i quote him on this "" NO not selective RANDOM"" random towing seriously random beware wheather a customer or a window shopper you will get towed o there was another girl there who also got towed down the parking lots a ways and she was in AT&T the whole time. so BEWARE RANDOM TOWING AT TOWN AND COUNTRY
