They have a LONG line of disgruntled, victimized customers as a result of this continuous activity that appears to be encouraged. Each of us will file a single complaint which will be overlooked because they have our money in hand, and our problems are not theirs. It's time to do it differently now. In addition to the BBB, I have contacted the Attorney General's office and am encouraging everyone who has been scammed by them in the last 2 years (or longer) to do the same. In my conversation with the Atty. General's office they told me there is no time limit and that they would ENCOURAGE people to file a report so, - file away!!
