I very rarely pass by this place but today I passed by. While writing a review for a great place for car repair (Katy Auto Care) I saw the horrible reviews for this place. And I thought I would share a little story with you folks:
About 5 years ago I came here and was nearly accosted by and employee and his motorcycle riding friend.
I walked in to get them to take a look at a brake repair they had done on my sisters car. When I went in they said that they were closed for the day (20 minutes before the actual closing time). I asked them if there was any chance they could at least take a look at the car? Now I understand that it takes more than just staring at the brakes and saying, ""yep they're broke"" but the employees friend looked at me and said, ""he said were F***** closed."" Yep, this actually happened, in a professional environment. I was cursed at and told to leave several times.
It is surprising to me that reviews and employees like these guys have not shut this location down.
I don't know if this is a practice of Brake Check to hire guys like these but I most certainly will never return.
