Our only complaint was that the whole process was slow. I'm not sure how many weeks it took from first phone call to installation, but it was more than we would have liked since we had a broken 9ft window to deal with. Both decision makers had to be home.This slowed the entire process down by a week since we are rarely both home. But the guy did come out twice, and the decision was made. The sales guy was absolutely wonderful. So nice, so polite, and not remotely pushy. The window I liked most happened to be the cheapest, just by luck, and he didnt try to argue with me at all. The installer was also great. We love our new window, we love their warranty (which I read thoroughly and its a good one), and it was a great price too. Would call them again without hesitation.
