I have been a happy customer of the Viking store in Renton since June of 2011 when I purchased my first used viking sewing machine. ?With that purchase, I received classes on how to use my new machine. ?Each class was extremely helpful and taught by an extremely knowledgable instructor. ?She helped me to start using my machine with confidence and I was creating projects in no time. ?I was also able to find many accessories I needed in the store and the store owner is always willing to help me understand how the accessory i needed worked. ?
I recently had a problem with my serger and the repair technician was extremely knowledgable about the machine and was able to resolve my issue quickly. ?When I experienced an issue with a computer upgrade I was uploading to my sewing machine recently, the owner and her husband both helped me resolve the issue after hours. ?I fully recommend the Renton store. ?
