This place is owned by a bunch of crooks. We ordered 2 face cakes for my husband's 30th birthday party, and we were given inedible cakes. They were dry and dense. When we called to get a refund, the managers were never available nor did they ever return our MULTIPLE calls. When you pay over 100$ for a cake, you expect good customer service and the decency of the company to assuage a situation when a product is given, not as it was presented. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. I hope this business fails. To all who order: do not be disappointed like us and spend money that was not well-spent.
