I am very unhappy with austin drain and air rescue, especially chris, the office help. My mother called to have air conditioning repair done, an appointment was scheduled for monday 4-2-12, my mother was not pleased with that man work and requested josh (from reading reviews about him and this company), so chris said josh was out of town and would be back tuesday (4-3-12) and scheduled her appointment with him for 1:00 pm, after 3:00 pm and he hadn't showed or no phone call, she called chris back, who said he must have mixed up the customers and really had not scheduled josh to come out. We did ask to speak with the owner, who chris said was out of town until thursday, we could be dead by that tim, needless to say we will try another company, hopefully, one of their word.
