My hot water heater broke 2 years after Curtis installed it. Even though the heater was still under warranty, they said they would charge me $1100 to change out the old for the new even though it would only take 2 hours. This was more than the original parts+labor was. When I asked the manager to explain this discrepancy he said That s just what the price is. WAY OVERPRICED. Poor workmanship. STAY AWAY.?
