We have been searching for the best sushi in NW Houston....Something that is comparable to Uptown Sushi or Uchi. There really is nothing close but Waza was good for a short while. Now, the rolls are mostly rice with very little fish. The service is not very good....especially at the slowest times of the day. There can be only 3 tables in the restaurant and you will wait for someone to take your order, wait a long while for your drink and sushi and noone will be found when you are ready to leave. I took a picture of our rolls to show just how little fish they use but I don't see an option to upload photo's......I will upload if I see a way to do so. I am hoping that they will shape up, otherwise I will have to go back to Toro which is farther away but much better quality sushi......
