The Fresh Diet is the best ever! I've tried so many other diets, what a waste of time and energy. I'm so glad I found TFD! I'm a long time user (over 2 yrs.) not because I need to lose weight anymore but because I love the food and TFD has spoiled me. It keeps me healthy and in shape. It only took a little over 2 months to lose the 26 lbs. I wanted to lose in the first place. The food is so fresh and gourmet and delicious. For example, tonight I chose the Fillet of Salmon with a Chili Pineapple Sauce. It was so fresh, tender, and sumptuous. I love that chili pineapple sauce! Whenever I see Salmon on the menu as one of the choices, I always go with it. Chef Ray Ruiz of The Fresh Diet does an amazing job preparing it!! What I love about TFD is that I can chose my own menu out of a half dozen choices. I try to chose many different foods, even the ones that I think I may not like. I usually end up loving it. Chef Ray is such a wonderful cook! This noon I chose the Grilled Portabella Burger with Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Smoked Gouda Cheese and Chipotle Mayo. Wow! That was so awesome!!! Now I'm looking forward to the Strawberry Banana Cheesecake for this evening's snack. I'm eating this delicious food and staying in shape. I do a little exercise and drink lots of water. I've got energy to burn!! THIS is a diet!!! It's the way to go!
