Great salesmen, unsatisfactory installation. Bare, raw wood shows at cuts of hardwood flooring, trim not attached. installation left incomplete and they have been paid in full. We paid $20,000.00 plus for new, first quality Mohawk hardwood flooring. The trim has visible gaps of more than an inch. Very disappointing as they were highly recommended.
