After three babies in four years, I had forgotten what a 'normal' portion was! And let's be honest .... Things are bigger in Texas!! This diet has been an uber convenient way for a super busy mom to lose weight and more importantly relearn healthy habits to go forward. 90 percent of what I have ordered has been at least an 8 out of 10 on the 'yummy' scale. There have been a few dishes that didn't appeal to me, and I will avoid choosing them in the future. The cost is not insignificant, but I don't think if you really added up what you would spend buying and preparing all these fresh foods that it's that much more expensive. And if you watch you should be able to get a coupon for 29 per day if your willing to try it for a month. I have had no issues with timely delivery or any problems with customer service. I've lost 7 pounds in two weeks without feeling deprived.
