I have searched high and low for a jeweler that could do work on my wedding ring and I have FINALLY FOUND the perfect, seasoned professional in Gregory Pilibosian of Birmingham Jewelry. My ring has two large rows of invisible set stones that have caused many other jewelers to turn me away when I have taken my ring in for rhodium plating. I had one highly recommended jeweler agree to do the work, only to have them lose two of my stones and replace them with dark, lesser-quality diamonds. That experience was so horrible that I was afraid to trust another jeweler to do work on my ring. A friend of mine recommended Birmingham and I stopped in for a consultation. Greg was not intimidated by my ring. He did a thorough evaluation and made his recommendation for what should be done. I cautiously dropped off my ring and agreed to give him the job. He called the next day to tell me the work was done (faster than expected). The end result is that they EXCEEDED MY HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS. I could not be more grateful for the work he did - he cleaned it up, replaced the two bad stones and it looks like the day my husband proposed - maybe even better. More importantly, he gave me hope.
