Cut six inches off when specifically asked for just a trim. Roots were light red, rest of hair dark brown, missed some gray. Asked for refund, 2 week runaround, finally got call from owner. She refused refund, accused me of lying, and called me an "expletive." Got refund via charge back amex. Very unprofessional. Beware. Did get massage and facial first, that was good. BTW- notice the positive cut reviews are from men.
