This is the Worse company ever period. It don t get any worse than TWC. Why, and how can I say this? The answer is simple. I never ordered cable from them. And yet I am charged every Month for cable I never agreed to. They charged me last Month , and then the following Month, and guess what? That s right folks I get billed this Month also, and I will forever get billed by this greedy company, because they want to torture their customers, and that s the only reason I can come up with besides greed. it would be like a cigarette company forcing you to but cigs every Month even though you don t smoke. I hate cable TV, and I don t want it, but they force me to buy it, and cause much stress, and I don t have much money to pay for what I don t want. I forever have to pay this greedy company I guess. They are also very rude people, On top of that they came here to our RV park, and cut everyones cable off against their wishes, and they were payed up, meaning they were paying for cable, and didn’t
want it cut off. It don t matter if was their fault they won t take reasonable responsibility for their mistakes. We may have to take them to court. I m not sure what to do anymore.
