Charlie's Auto is the worse auto shop I have ever dealt with. They did a horrible job with fixing the body work on my car. They were nice till they received the insurance money and then they became rude, disrespectful, yelled at customers, and they do not stand behind their warranty. They are very dishonest and treat customers like they don't matter. If you want your car done right by people who are honest and care, do not use Charlie's. I regret the day i took my car to them.
