Worst customer service experience ever not just with a car service department. I have to return for a 5th trip for a recall which should have been done in one trip. Things like telling me the wrong length of time, after the test ""do not drive if fails"" then denying it was said, having to call National as they never ordered the part, turns out ""do not drive if fails"" was true and National gave us a rental car, and now, the work was not done completely according to my mechanic. Giving us less than two hours notice on a Friday afternoon to return the rental car (""or you will be charged the daily rate"") was unbelievable. The service manager, Ken Burns, could not have been more rude to my husband. Why would we now want to use them for any service work?
