I wish I would have checked the reviews before going here. The receptionist was not only unprofessional but just outright rude. She made an error with our paperwork and I had the copy to prove it but she still insisted that she was right. We canceled our appointment and are now going to Affordable Dental Solutions in Blandon which I would highly recommend. It is a shame because we really liked the actual dentists at Hanover but not enough to be treated like that, especially when WE are the ones paying since we do not have dental insurance. I am still completely appalled with how we were treated.
