I brought my cat to this vet to be declawed. I noticed at home that she was walking and in pain so I brought her to the ER for pain medicine. That seemed to curb the pain but she kept meowing in pain when I touched her side where it seemed a scab was developing. It kept getting increasingly bigger so I brought her into dover and the vet that performed the surgery admitted that she was burned on a heating pad during her surgery and she may need surgery on the 3rd degree burn. Dr Snaverly, the owner, then saw her and said that it wasn't a burn but maybe an allergic reaction and to take her home and put a baby shirt on her so she couldn't bite or itch it and to continue with the pain medicine. After two days I came home and it looked like her whole scab which covered her shoulder and part of her side was falling off and she was raw. I had to return to the ER where they needed to do immediate surgery and it was "definitely a burn." This is on-going and I am already in $1200 which is second
