We went with Box Home Loans because the closing costs were so much lower than everywhere else. We saved several thousand dollars by using them, and their estimate was right on. I also really liked being able to upload my documents online. Communication was sometimes slow. The main problem was, in the rush to get us to close on time, there was some big confusion. AFTER we signed/closed, we were told we didn't qualify for the loan, causing much panic on our part. Ultimately it was worked out, but not without some major stress on closing day. Still, I would recommend them for the cost savings.
