I visited CVS Pharmacy on Lower Azusa Rd, in El Monte, a few times and Terrance, pharmacy staff has been extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
The first time I asked for assistance he interrupted his lunch break to assist us. Yesterday, again, he went out of his way to assist, the doctor had written the wrong medication on the pad and even after the prescription was filled & paid for, he was able to refund us the money & call to get the right medication and have it filled. He goes e goes above & beyond what is expected to provide excellent customer service!
