I was in the shop yesterday to return one of my latest purchases that was not up to Posh's normal quality. The seam of the tunic had pulled apart after two wearings. This was my first attempt to return a purchase.
The salesgirl quickly told that nothing could be done for me because I had laundered the shirt. No comment was made then, but I have one to make now. That was being penny wise and pound foolish…to coin an old phrase. I love boutiques like Posh. I was willing to over pay in order to find something unique. My last two purchases at this shop were close to $500 each. This shirt was probably the cheapest thing that I have ever bought at Posh, but I can tell you it will be my last. Bad news travels fast; I have already started warning people of my negative experience at Posh. Poor customer service if you cannot return a defective item.
I will be removing my name from their mailing list and I will no longer be visiting their store. Posh just lost a long time customer and they could care less.
