Through the years that I've had Comfort Experts, I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone representing the company. They take excellent care of my unit, which in turn, they take excellent care of me. The service rep is required to wear shoe covers, and even though I tell them not to worry, they still wear them to honor the companies policy. Integrity, know-how,politeness and over-all great customer service sums it up.
