New Dorp Fittness is a family studio type gym. This gym is well organized with all of its equipment in place and there is never anything out of place. This is great for anyone serious about keeping themselves in shape and keeping time for training. The owner (Phil) is a great guy and very professional. He provides his knowledge of a Bodybuilder and puts it to work for you by providing excellent workout routines to help you achieve your goals and to stay healthy. He truly knows what works and what does not help. He is also has fantastic knowledge of dieting to help you continue on your journey to good fitness and health. I highly recommend New Dorp Fitness.
