I sold a rather large amount of children's clothes to this place recently. I was very disappointed with the lack of friendliness, warmth and helpfulness that the employees exhibited both on the phone and in the store from the beginning of my experience to the end. It seems to me that when there is one grown woman and two grown young men working the front, that someone, especially, one of the young men, would have offered to help me carry a rather large tub back out to my car. I don't think I will return. This is too bad considering the potential this place could have with good customer service.
