Omg!!! This place should be shut down by Verizon. I bought two phones from Al ""Bundy"" Aguilar (his names should have been my first red flag). One of the phones didn't even have a sim card in it and he told me to go the the Verizon store to get one. The other phone he setup for me with some weird gmail address that looked like it said F***king.gmail. The only way I could get rid of it was to do a complete factory reset since that was registered as the main gmail account. As for my account with Verizon he messed that up too. Verizon could not even fix it over the phone they have to submit a written request to get the account re-established. DON'T LET THIS FAST TALKING SCAMMER SUCK YOU IN. You will be sorry like Me.
