EDITING: Dropping in to say that 3 weeks later I've dropped another 5 pounds!!! I started working with Robb & he really helped me kick it in to high gear! Great training sessions, I just need to hold up on my end of the bargain & follow my meal plan. I'm very happy with this place!

I've been happy with this place since the first day I walked in the doors. The staff is friendly and they do a good job keeping the club clean when the janitorial staff isn't there which is greatly appreciated. If there's ever a problem (like an empty spray bottle or a missing pin from a weight stack) they are quick to help resolve it. I love that the front desk knows my name! I just got home from my monthly training session and found out that in the past 3 months I've lost 8 pounds without even trying - just followed some recommendations on exercises! I'm not tempted to buy a few additional sessions and actually eat right!
This place is awesome!!
