I stopped going to this practice years ago and after 2 trips in the last 2 weeks, I remember clearly why. I saw a doctor there 2 weeks ago and was told that If my throat infection did not clear up I could call up there and he would call something else stronger in. After 10 days my infection was starting to return, I called in to see if I could get a new prescription. I was told the doctor that saw me was on vacation and that I had to come in. I did, arriving at 5:45. Three people were seen in an hour and 20 minutes. I was finally called back. After Dr. George Bullard looked in my throat and ears, I asked him if he saw anything? He said no, then asked me if I have been coughing anything up. After I responded, ""yes I have and it is yellow."" He then told me I still have an infection. Then he said, If it does not clear up, come back in and we will take another look. I said, that would be the third trip for the same infection. Can't you call something in stronger for me at that point without me having to come back in? He said, ""no we are open seven days a week, we are here to see patients"". Talk about not caring for your patients. He should have told the truth and told me he was there to bill my insurance and take my co payment as many times as he could. I will never go back there again. Dr. Bullock thinks his time is obviously more valuable than any of his patients.
