I absolutely love this company! I have been a tenant for only a short while, and I have been amazed with the service I've received. I woke up 2 days ago to find that my hot water tank was leaking. I called Rathbun immediately to let them know what had happened. I was amazed that they had someone out the same day to assess it, and when they realized that it could not be fixed, the very next morning they were installing a new one.
