The most expensive, over-rated hair salon in NYC. I had a consultation with Rodolfo. He looks nothing like the younger picture he has of himself on his website. Think 30 years older, and 50 pounds heavier. He explained to me that his hair infusion method, which looks like tape on hair, is the healthiest hair extension on the market. He then explained the pricing would be $2400 -$4000 depending on how much extensions were required. I almost fell off my chair! The receptionist, who has an accent, explained it would be around $1000. Rodolfo, who I could also barely understand, had a price 4 times higher!\r

I then found another salon within walking distance, that charged me $499 for a full head of hair extensions. That's right, $499, with great hair. \r

I figure I would save the rest, on go on a vacation.\r

Morale of the story. We are in a global recession. I, as a hard working African American Women can't spend insane amounts on hair extensions when I can find better and cheaper very close by.\r
