The rent is suppose to cover ac and heat therefore they never turn it on. The ac/heat system is ran from one building to feed the entire community and it is underpowered and awful. This deck railings are rotten and unsafe the fireplaces leak water everytime it rains and are horribly moldy, the hallways smell like dirty dogs and are never cleaned. The pool has a recalled drain they closed and then reopend and never fixed! Fogelman management is rude and are liars! They claim to have security gates make you pay extra for remotes and the gates have never worked since U have lived here! RENTERS BEWARE WORST APARTMENTS IN OVERLAND PARK
